What we do
Measurement engineering for healthcare providers, end to end: runtime tracking audits that establish what your website actually transmits and to whom; HIPAA-safe analytics implementation - first-party collection, BAA-covered storage, consent-gated by design; service-line attribution that joins web, call, form, and CRM signals inside your boundary instead of inside an ad platform; and marketing analytics reporting your privacy team can co-sign, because every number in it traces to a verified data flow.
Engagements
| Engagement | What you get |
|---|---|
| Tracking audit | Runtime inventory of every tag, pixel, and beacon across your templates; consent-state diffing; recipient classification against BAA status; a remediation map. The document legal actually reads. |
| Measurement architecture | The target-state design: collection, storage, the identity boundary, and conversion counting - with the covered/uncovered line drawn explicitly on the diagram. |
| Implementation and migration | The build itself: analytics, call tracking, form and CRM wiring, server-side collection - verified at runtime before handoff, not assumed from configuration screens. |
| Analytics operating cadence | Service-line dashboards, channel-to-appointment reporting, and scheduled re-verification, so the estate does not drift back into risk one convenient tag at a time. |
Every claim in our deliverables is verified at runtime - captured from the wire, not read off a tag manager screen. Anything we could not measure is labeled as an assumption, in the deliverable itself.
Why an engineering practice and not an agency
Agencies optimize spend on top of measurement they assume is true. When the measurement is wrong - double-counted conversions, a pixel someone forgot, a call channel nobody attributed - every downstream decision inherits the error, and in healthcare the error carries legal exposure on top of wasted budget. We work one layer down: making the measurement itself trustworthy and compliant, so whoever optimizes on top of it - your team or your agency - is standing on something real.
Who it is for
Health systems and hospitals with marketing analytics teams that need evidence rather than assurances; multi-location groups and specialty practices whose acquisition runs on search, ads, and calls; and digital teams inheriting a tracking estate nobody fully mapped. The engagements scale to the estate - the method does not change.
The boundary, stated plainly: we are engineers, not counsel. Deliverables are built to be reviewed alongside your legal and privacy teams, and compliance determinations remain theirs. Engagements are designed so patient data stays in your systems - our work product is architecture, configuration, and evidence about data flows, not copies of the data.
